Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and handed off to our shipping carrier, delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team.
Shipping Delays
Ledura is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that arise during transit.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Ledura is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the correction before the order is dispatched.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team and we will work with the carrier to locate your order. Claims for lost packages must be raised within a reasonable timeframe from the expected delivery date.
