Ledura Return and Refund Policy
All sales made through Ledura are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of damaged or defective products.
If you receive a product that is damaged, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the damage must be reported within this window and you may be asked to provide proof of the damage, such as photos or a description of the issue. Requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To initiate a refund for a damaged item, please contact our support team with your order details and documentation of the damage. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to assess each claim on a case by case basis. Ledura is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or circumstances beyond our control.
